Membership Care Plan
What is our Membership Care Plan?
The Membership Care Plan is an all inclusive membership to help support clients with their healthcare needs, while also keeping costs at a minimum. This plan is structured around a concierge care model and is great for anyone needing more comprehensive visits and/or direct communication with the provider.
This membership plan includes unlimited follow up visits, longer appointment times if needed, direct messaging with Dr. Maral and discounts on supplements. Additional time can be spent reviewing labs, managing treatment strategies and optimizing medications/supplements.
