Payment Policy

All fees are due at time of service. Although we do not bill insurance directly, we do accept payments with HSA/FSA accounts and can also provide superbill insurance reimbursement for all clients. Feel free to contact your insurance to check your “out of network” benefits regarding coverage. We are able to bill insurance directly for lab testing/blood work and will work with insurance for speciality lab testing.
